Impropera at Kings Place Festival

A concentrated weekend of performances ranging from orchestral collaborations with the Little Angel Theatre to a humorous introduction to opera with Impropera. There are also canal trips, craft workshops, and cake decorating classes. Five minutes from Cally Festival (see below) or Camley Street Gardens - celebrating 200 years of the Regent's Canal.

Cally Festival is back with craft tents, food stalls, special art murals and lots of games, food and music. There shall be a dedicated kids zone full of fun activities, face-painting, storytelling, crafts and sports. Renegade Craft Fair at London Design Festival

London Design Festival begins this week and Renegade Craft Fair is back in Brick Lane for it's second year. Lots of demo's, workshops and great craft stalls. Great Western Studios have a beach hut model exhibition with over 100 creative designs to see, and next weekend, V&A are hosting a robotics digital art event.

Great River Race on the Thames

A river marathon attracting over 300 international crews of all abilities and for many reasons - some come for fun, others for the competition and some to fundraise. It's a gruelling 21 mile race that can be leisurely enjoyed by spectators from any of the London bridges or riverbanks. Begins at 10:40 with a finish at approximately 2'ish in Surrey.
